Bealtaine sits in open countryside on the Leitrim and Roscommon border, fifteen minutes from Carrick-on-Shannon and the river. It was built for the part of a break that most houses forget: the hours between doing things.

A private dry sauna for four to six. A hot tub under open sky. A cold plunge beside it, an outdoor shower to rinse between them, and an open fire pit a few steps away. There is a WC out there too, so you needn’t head back indoors.
It is all yours for the whole stay. No booking a slot, no sharing with other guests, no set hours. The path out to it is lit from dusk until dawn, so a soak under the stars is part of the point rather than an obstacle.

Room for six, comfortably
Bedrooms. One room with a king bed. One room with two double beds. Bealtaine accommodates a maximum of six people in total, including children and infants. The sofa bed in the living room offers an alternative sleeping arrangement within this limit; it does not increase capacity.
Bathrooms. One full bathroom in the house, plus a second WC out at the wellness area.
Living. A fully equipped kitchen, a dining room just through the door with a table that seats everyone at once, and a living room built around the fire.

On the Leitrim and Roscommon border
Fifteen minutes from Carrick-on-Shannon for restaurants, the river and the Saturday morning run for pastries. Duignans XL is seven minutes away for anything you forgot. Far enough out that the sky goes properly dark.
A car makes it easiest. If you would rather take the train, Carrick-on-Shannon station is twelve minutes away and taxis from there are simple to arrange, with driver numbers in your guest guide.
