Welcome to the Síor Collection website, operated by ANPM Ltd. By accessing or using our website, platforms and services, including making a booking at any Síor Collection property, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to ANPM Ltd, the operator of Síor Collection.

  • "Guest(s)" refers to any person staying at any Síor Collection property.

  • "Property" refers to any retreat within the Síor Collection, including current and future locations (such as Bealtaine and Lúnasa).

  • "Website" refers to the siorcollection.ie domain and all associated pages operated by ANPM Ltd.

2. Booking and payments

  • 2.1 Booking confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email. Direct bookings are made through our online booking system. A booking is final only once the required payment has been received.

  • 2.2 Payment terms: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to check-in. Payment is made by credit or debit card, or another approved method, through the booking system's secure payment processor.

  • 2.3 Cancellations: Our cancellation terms are set out in full in our Cancellation Policy. In summary: a full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in; a 50% refund for cancellations made 14 to 29 days before check-in; and no refund for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before check-in. Please review the Cancellation Policy before booking.

  • 2.4 Non-refundable rates: Some promotional or discounted rates may be strictly non-refundable. Please review rate-specific terms at the time of booking.

3. Check-in and check-out

  • 3.1 Check-in: From the time stated in your booking confirmation. Early check-in may be available on request and is subject to availability.

  • 3.2 Check-out: By 11am. Late check-out may be available on request but is not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.

  • 3.3 Self check-in: Síor Collection properties operate using automated self check-in (keypad or smart-lock entry). Guests receive access instructions before arrival and must follow these to enter the property.

4. Guest responsibilities

  • 4.1 Property care: Guests must take reasonable care of the property and its contents. Damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible guest.

  • 4.2 Maximum occupancy: Each property has a set maximum occupancy stated on its listing. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.

  • 4.3 Noise and conduct: Síor Collection retreats are designed as peaceful, private spaces. Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and respect the property, the community and the environment. Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval from the Company.

5. Liability

  • 5.1 Personal belongings: Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the stay.

  • 5.2 Use of facilities: Guests use all facilities, including the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, gym and outdoor areas, at their own risk. The Company is not liable for injuries or losses arising from their use. Please follow the safety guidance provided in the property's guest guide.

  • 5.3 Force majeure: The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions or utility outages.

6. Privacy and data protection

We respect guest privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

7. Third-party services

  • 7.1 Service providers: The Company uses third-party providers to operate the website and take bookings, including Squarespace (website hosting and forms) and Lodgify (booking and payment processing). These providers are given only the information necessary to perform their function and are required to protect guest data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  • 7.2 External links: The website may contain links to external sites. The Company is not responsible for the content or policies of these sites and recommends reviewing their terms separately.

8. Intellectual property

  • 8.1 Ownership: All content on Síor Collection websites, including text, branding, images and digital assets, is the property of ANPM Ltd or its content partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

  • 8.2 Use of content: No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the Company.

9. Amendments to terms

The Company may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Guests are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
