Cancellation policy.
At Síor Collection Retreats, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy provides clarity and fairness for both guests and operations across all Síor properties. Please review the following before confirming your booking.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Check-In
• Guests who cancel 30 days or more before their scheduled check-in will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Cancellations Made Between 14 and 29 Days Before Check-In
• Guests who cancel between 14 and 29 days before their scheduled check-in will receive a 50 percent refund of payments made.
Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Rates
Some promotional or discounted rates may be strictly non-refundable. Guests should review the specific terms that apply to these rates at the time of booking.
Cancellations for non-refundable bookings will not receive a refund.
3. Changes to Your Reservation
• Date Changes: Guests may request to change their booking dates up to 14 days before the original check-in date. Changes are subject to availability and may result in rate differences depending on season and demand.
• Name Changes: Bookings may be transferred to another guest if we are notified at least 7 days prior to check-in.
4. No-Shows
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not notified us in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
5. Early Departures
Early departures are considered a voluntary shortening of the booking.
No refunds will be issued for unused nights.
6. Force Majeure
If your stay is affected by circumstances beyond your control (such as severe weather, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events), we will work with you to either:
• reschedule your stay, or
• issue an appropriate refund based on the situation.
Guests must contact us as soon as possible if they believe their booking may be impacted.

All cancellations or changes will be confirmed in writing via email.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
